Sectra sets record date for SEK 2.30 combined payout
The AGM resolved to distribute an ordinary dividend of SEK 1.30 per share plus an extraordinary dividend of SEK 1.00 per share, with remaining funds carried forward. The record date is September 10, 2026, and payment through Euroclear Sweden AB is expected September 15, 2026.
