Vancouver – September 28, 2026 -- Thesis Gold & Silver Inc. (TSXV: TAU; OTCQX: THSGF) has submitted a Detailed Project Description for its 100%-owned Lawyers-Ranch Gold-Silver Project to the British Columbia Environmental Assessment Office, advancing the project toward a Readiness Decision under the province's Environmental Assessment Act.
Submission triggers next stage of BC's environmental review process
The DPD gives the EAO the basis to determine whether the project is ready to proceed to a formal Impact Assessment. Thesis initiated the environmental assessment process for Lawyers-Ranch on December 10, 2025, and the review is being conducted under a substituted process announced in June 2026, whereby the Government of Canada confirmed the Impact Assessment Agency of Canada would delegate the review to BC's EAO under a "one project, one review" arrangement.
