(TSXV: TAU; OTCQX: THSGF) has submitted a Detailed Project Description for its 100%-owned Lawyers-Ranch Gold-Silver Project to the British Columbia Environmental Assessment Office, advancing the project toward a Readiness Decision under the province's Environmental Assessment Act.
Submission triggers next stage of BC's environmental review process
The DPD gives the EAO the basis to determine whether the project is ready to proceed to a formal Impact Assessment. Thesis initiated the environmental assessment process for Lawyers-Ranch on December 10, 2025, and the review is being conducted under a substituted process announced in June 2026, whereby the Government of Canada confirmed the Impact Assessment Agency of Canada would delegate the review to BC's EAO under a "one project, one review" arrangement.
Company cites engagement with Indigenous Nations ahead of filing
President and CEO Ewan Webster said the company consulted Participating Indigenous Nations on an early draft of the DPD over the summer, with their input shaping the version submitted to regulators. Thesis said it expects continued collaboration with these groups as the project moves through subsequent stages of the environmental assessment.

The project is located in BC's Toodoggone Mining District and hosts a gold equivalent Mineral Resource with a meaningful silver component. Thesis is advancing the asset simultaneously through feasibility studies, permitting, and further exploration as it works toward development decisions.
