RevelAi Health's MSK ACCESS Joins CMS Medicare Directory

Durham, N.C. – September 18, 2026 -- MSK ACCESS, the musculoskeletal care program powered by RevelAi Health, has been listed in the CMS ACCESS Participant Directory on Medicare.gov, opening enrollment to Medicare beneficiaries nationwide through MSKACCESS.com.
RevelAi Health has enrolled patients in the MSK track since July 2026
The program operates under CMS's Advancing Chronic Care with Effective, Scalable Solutions (ACCESS) Model, a voluntary Innovation Center initiative that pays participating organizations for improving outcomes among Original Medicare beneficiaries. Its musculoskeletal track targets chronic joint, bone, muscle and low back pain lasting more than three months, delivering coordinated support over a twelve-month care period. Beneficiaries can join directly or via clinician referral.
