Durham, N.C. – September 18, 2026 -- MSK ACCESS, the musculoskeletal care program powered by RevelAi Health, has been listed in the CMS ACCESS Participant Directory on Medicare.gov, opening enrollment to Medicare beneficiaries nationwide through MSKACCESS.com.
RevelAi Health has enrolled patients in the MSK track since July 2026
The program operates under CMS's Advancing Chronic Care with Effective, Scalable Solutions (ACCESS) Model, a voluntary Innovation Center initiative that pays participating organizations for improving outcomes among Original Medicare beneficiaries. Its musculoskeletal track targets chronic joint, bone, muscle and low back pain lasting more than three months, delivering coordinated support over a twelve-month care period. Beneficiaries can join directly or via clinician referral.
Five rehabilitation and orthopedic networks have integrated the model into existing patient care
Team Rehabilitation, Keystone Orthopedics, Western Rehabilitation Network, Alliance Physical Therapy Partners and Limber Health have adopted MSK ACCESS to extend virtual, longitudinal support alongside patients' established specialists. Nick Weber of Team Rehabilitation said the approach works because it runs alongside providers patients already see, easing return access to therapists between visits.
Program links to bone health and spine health specialty partners
Through a partnership with Own the Bone, the American Orthopaedic Association's bone health quality program, MSK ACCESS adds clinician support addressing osteoporosis gaps common in this population. A separate partnership with the National Spine Health Foundation delivers spine health education. Understood Care, a fellow ACCESS Participant, supplies additional patient advocacy services within the program.
RevelAi Health positions the model to support hospitals facing mandatory musculoskeletal risk programs
Christian Péan, MD, MS, co-founder and CEO of RevelAi Health, said the company is scaling patient enrollment nationally and using ACCESS to augment value-based care bundles under CMS's TEAM and CJR-X models for hospital partners. Edward Delsole, MD, of Keystone Orthopedics noted the platform helps low back pain patients stay connected to care under the CMS Ambulatory Specialty Model. MSK ACCESS is designed to extend support before and after procedures, beyond standard episode windows, as hospitals and orthopedic groups adjust to expanding mandatory musculoskeletal risk requirements under CMS's TEAM program and the upcoming CJR-X model.
