Southborough, Mass. – September 19, 2026 -- Virtusa Corporation has appointed Srinivas BG as Chairman of its Board of Directors, effective October 1, 2026, succeeding Raj Mehta.

Srinivas BG brings more than 40 years of global leadership experience across the Information Technology, Telecommunications, Financial Services, and Manufacturing sectors. He previously held senior leadership roles at PCCW, Infosys, and ABB, where he managed multi-billion dollar business units, led large-scale acquisition integrations, and oversaw digital transformation programs.
