Srinivas BG brings more than 40 years of global leadership experience across the Information Technology, Telecommunications, Financial Services, and Manufacturing sectors. He previously held senior leadership roles at PCCW, Infosys, and ABB, where he managed multi-billion dollar business units, led large-scale acquisition integrations, and oversaw digital transformation programs.
Outgoing Chairman Raj Mehta departs after steering Virtusa's shift to professional management
Raj Mehta, who has served as Chairman since 2022, will exit his board role effective October 1, 2026, concluding a multi-month transition period. Mehta was credited with guiding Virtusa's evolution from a founder-run company to a professional services organization and will remain an investor in the firm.
