Unlike generic e-signature tools adapted from corporate use cases, the system connects directly to existing student records, class rosters and parent contact information already stored in Edsby. This allows forms to inherit correct permissions and recipients automatically, removing duplicate data entry and giving teachers, schools and district administrators real-time visibility into which forms have been returned and which remain outstanding.

Edsby is used across much of Canada and is licensed as a national K-12 platform in New Zealand and Georgia.
