Miami – – October 15, 2026 -- EID Group Safety Solutions will act as Master Distributor across Latin America and the Caribbean for Standard Fluids Corporation's SF 1230 Fire Protection Fluid under a new strategic partnership.
The two companies plan to advance regional commercialization of the clean agent, establish authorized distribution channels, and scale certified refill and recharge facilities across the region.

EID Group's Hernan Barrientos, VP of Global Sales, Distribution, & OEM Partnerships, and CEO Carlos Herrera said the partnership gives customers in the region access to a premium clean agent solution. They said the companies are building a network of distributors, integrators and service partners focused on protecting mission-critical assets over the full lifecycle of fire suppression systems.
Standard Fluids pairs product supply with EID Group's regional reach
Standard Fluids President and CEO Luis Gonzalez said EID Group's regional technical leadership and network complement the company's quality commitment. He said clients across Latin America and the Caribbean will receive fire protection solutions backed by local support.
The certified refill and recharge build-out addresses the service side of clean agent systems, which extends the commercial relationship beyond initial fluid sales. The companies did not disclose financial terms, volume targets, country rollout timelines or the number of facilities planned.
EID Group, based in Miami, works with a network of more than 200 commercial partners in the region. Standard Fluids, a US-based supplier of fluorinated fluids, also serves data center immersion cooling, semiconductor manufacturing, and aerospace and defense customers.
