Endure Critical Solutions Buys Precise Power's UPS Service Unit

Madison, Wisconsin – October 13, 2026 -- Endure Critical Solutions has acquired the UPS services division of Precise Power, extending its vendor-neutral critical power service network into the Southeast. The announcement did not include financial terms.

Precise Power keeps its turnkey equipment business while the service team joins Endure

Precise Power will retain its critical infrastructure equipment and turnkey solutions segment. Its service technicians, account contacts and support staff move to Endure, and existing service contracts remain in effect. Customers will be served by the same people, now backed by Endure's wider North American footprint.

Endure CEO Mike Bergum said the Precise Power team's customer and vendor relationships and technical experience will "establish a strategic presence in the Southeast." Precise Power President and CEO Betsy Dellinger said the combination expands service coverage and options without sacrificing customer relationships.

Endure adds energy storage expertise and SLA-backed response for acquired accounts

Precise Power customers gain access to dedicated energy storage expertise, assured SLA emergency response and asset reporting built on predictive maintenance. Endure's service range covers preventive and predictive maintenance, 24/7 emergency response, battery lifecycle programs, BESS, generator and switchgear support, and asset management. Its OEM-agnostic model means equipment recommendations are based on each facility's asset portfolio.

Deal follows Endure's consolidation of three regional power service firms

Endure recently combined Quality Power Solutions of Madison, Wisconsin; Power Storage Solutions of Dallas, Texas; and Powerwave Energy of Toronto, Ontario. The group pairs UPS services with DC battery and energy storage systems, targeting data centers, healthcare, government, utilities, telecom and manufacturing.

Chief Strategy Officer Frank Monticelli described the moves as a focused response to an evolving and growing industry rather than the launch of a new business line.
