Las Vegas – October 14, 2026 -- LV Petroleum LLC acquired a travel center in Lowell, Arkansas, on September 23, bringing its portfolio to 95 locations as it works toward a 100-site target.

The company plans a Jimmy John's, a full-service diner and a bakery and sweets counter at the Lowell property. The additions expand dining options for travelers and the surrounding community.

Bojangles opens at the LINQ with full bar and live entertainment

The Bojangles at the LINQ in Las Vegas held a press tasting on October 5 and opened to the public on October 7. The location pairs the Bojangles menu with a full bar and live entertainment.

Atlanta – October 14, 2026 -- Capacity Sports Group now owns the 78-acre LakePoint Sports property in Emerson, Ga., comprising the Baseball Village and Publix Fields, and holds a lease to operate the 170,000-square-foot Champions Center Indoor Pavilion.

Fort Lauderdale – October 13, 2026 -- GA Telesis, LLC has acquired three additional Airbus A320neo (LEAP-1A) airframes and expects two more before the end of 2026, which would expand its portfolio by five aircraft this year.

GA Telesis targets early-lifecycle A320neo material ahead of the retirement cycle

The company is building aftermarket supply for the A320neo years ahead of the conventional retirement cycle. It says the strategy responds to airlines facing persistent supply chain constraints, extended maintenance turnaround times and a growing global A320neo fleet. GA Telesis describes its used serviceable material (USM) inventory footprint as outpacing the emerging aftermarket for the platform.

Madison, Wisconsin – October 13, 2026 -- Endure Critical Solutions has acquired the UPS services division of Precise Power, extending its vendor-neutral critical power service network into the Southeast. The announcement did not include financial terms.

Precise Power keeps its turnkey equipment business while the service team joins Endure

Precise Power will retain its critical infrastructure equipment and turnkey solutions segment. Its service technicians, account contacts and support staff move to Endure, and existing service contracts remain in effect. Customers will be served by the same people, now backed by Endure's wider North American footprint.

Brentwood – October 13, 2026 -- Brookdale Senior Living (NYSE: BKD) agreed to buy the real estate of 30 communities it leases from Welltower for $290 million. The deal would cut 2027 annual cash rent by approximately $17.8 million and lift Brookdale's owned share of consolidated units to nearly 80%.

Brookdale closes $157M purchase of 17 formerly leased communities

Brookdale completed the previously announced acquisition on September 30 for approximately $157 million. The portfolio holds 735 assisted living and memory care units in Colorado, Kansas, Ohio and Texas.

The purchase eliminates approximately $11 million of annual cash rent in 2027 and raises Brookdale's owned share of consolidated units to approximately 77%.
