EP YAYING Launches SS27 Line for Global Buyers at MODE Shanghai

Shanghai – October 14, 2026 -- Chinese luxury label EP YAYING is using its second consecutive appearance at the Shanghai Fashion Week MODE trade show, October 8 to 12, 2026, to launch its Spring/Summer 2027 collection to international buyers across five product directions.

The brand is exhibiting at Booth F17-01, Tower T2, Jingyao Hongqiao, 688 Tianshan Road, Changning. It first joined MODE in March 2026.

Three Chinese natural materials anchor the SS27 offer

EP YAYING builds the collection on what it calls the "YAYING Three Treasures." The first is 6A-grade mulberry silk from the brand's organic sericulture base in Ningnan, Sichuan, used for lightweight spring/summer apparel and textiles.

The second is snowfield yak down, sourced through supply-chain collaboration with Aba and Nagqu. It is naturally collected and processed with low-dyeing methods for knitwear and light outerwear.

The third is Alashan "white-on-white" cashmere at approximately 15.5 microns. It comes from a self-built ranch base and carries per-item QR traceability, and it is used for premium knits and trans-seasonal pieces.

Five product lines span apparel, accessories and home

The booth covers the EP YAYING main line, the Blue Label contemporary ethnic collection, the Red Label high-end collection, shoes, bags and accessories, and home lifestyle.

  • The main line covers elegant workwear, relaxed everyday dressing and fashion sport.
  • Blue Label draws on the octagonal-star motif and Miao and Yi intangible cultural heritage patterns, developed in the embroidery and pleating ateliers for cultural-occasion dressing.
  • Red Label uses peony and ruyi as heritage codes for elevated workwear, daily wear and social occasions.
  • The home line extends into tea, porcelain, silk textiles and garment care.
Material swatches and prototypes replace conceptual staging

EP YAYING operates creative centers in Paris, Shanghai and Jiaxing, plus a Traditional Chinese Garment Culture Research Building. Its ateliers cover embroidery, pleating, handbags, footwear, cashmere outerwear and reconstruction.

For SS27, the display drops heavy conceptual packaging in favor of material swatches, physical craft samples and collection prototypes. The brand says this lets buyers read construction, made-to-order lead times and sustainable packaging more clearly.

EP YAYING targets buyers in Europe, Southeast Asia, the US and Central Asia

Through MODE's "See All • See Together" trade platform, the company aims to deepen long-term partnerships with retailers in those four regions. It frames its Chinese materials, owned ateliers and multi-scenario product system as professional assets, and says its global growth rests on culture, material and craft rather than low-price export.
