International revenue now exceeds 40% as UK, Asia-Pacific operations grow
Over 40% of Fenix24's incident response and proactive resiliency revenue now originates outside the United States, with expanding operations in the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, Japan, and the broader Asia-Pacific region. Approximately 30% of recovery customers continue engaging Fenix24 after their initial incident response, shifting toward broader resiliency planning and hardening work.
New Recoverability Intelligence Assessment targets pre-breach planning gap
Fenix24 launched the Recoverability Intelligence Assessment as a peacetime entry point into its resilience model, addressing a gap it says exists in traditional disaster recovery planning, which is typically built around scenarios like data center outages or human error rather than ransomware-specific conditions where backups are deliberately encrypted or destroyed. The assessment defines each client's Minimally Viable Enterprise — the specific functions and dependencies that must be restored first — then uses Argos99 to validate whether backup posture and infrastructure align with that target, producing a board-ready roadmap for leadership, regulators, and insurers.
Resilience Operations Center adds continuous monitoring layer to recovery model
Fenix24's 24/7 Resilience Operations Center fuses real-time dependency intelligence from Argos99 with recovery-team advisory to monitor for configuration drift, backup gaps, and dependency changes, working with client teams to remediate issues so recovery time and recovery point objectives hold as environments evolve. The company frames this alongside Argos99, the Recoverability Intelligence Assessment, and its Rapid Recovery service as a connected loop spanning discovery, validation, operations, and recovery.
Mark Grazman, Fenix24's founder and CEO, said the company built Argos99 after repeatedly finding that client backups believed to be immutable did not survive ransomware attacks, or could only be recovered a fraction of the time due to incomplete data or untested environments. Fenix24 also published its inaugural State of Recoverability Report, drawing on more than 500 ransomware recoveries to argue that recovery speed, not prevention alone, is becoming the primary measure of enterprise resilience.
