Cincinnati – September 18, 2026 -- Advantage Technical, a Staffmark Group company, announced that Evan Nedwick, a contract professional placed with Ford Motor Company, has been named a 2027 National Staffing Employee of the Year All-Star for the Engineering, Information Technology, and Scientific sector by the American Staffing Association (ASA).
A decade-long placement outlasted a 2021 restructuring
Nedwick joined Advantage Technical in 2015, initially supporting Ford's Interior/Exterior Prior Approval team after starting his career as a technician at a Ford dealership. When his role was eliminated during a 2021 restructuring, Advantage Technical redeployed him into Ford's mobile service operations, where he has since expanded his responsibilities.
Staffmark Group cites the case as a model for long-term contract staffing

ASA's National Staffing Employee of the Year program recognizes contract and temporary employees nationally, with All-Stars representing major staffing sectors. In 2025, U.S. staffing companies employed 9.5 million temporary and contract workers, according to the data cited by ASA.
Nedwick will be honored at Staffing World in Denver
Nedwick will be recognized alongside other National Staffing Employee of the Year honorees at ASA's Staffing World convention and expo, running Oct. 12-14 in Denver. Advantage Technical operates as part of Staffmark Group, a portfolio company of RGF Staffing, the staffing business unit of Recruit Holdings.
