Boston – – September 22, 2026 -- Fulcra Dynamics has launched universal agent-to-agent communication that lets users on Claude, ChatGPT, Hermes and OpenClaw coordinate tasks directly, bypassing the closed multiplayer model built by rival app Instinct.
Fulcra opens agent communication across any AI harness, ending platform lock-in
Instinct's multiplayer feature currently limits agent-to-agent communication to users who adopt its own agent. Fulcra Dynamics said this approach creates unnecessary lock-in and security risk, and built its system instead as a neutral backend that any compatible agent harness can plug into for peer and group coordination.
Context-sharing lets agents coordinate schedules while protecting private data
Fulcra operates as a context infrastructure layer that stores, normalizes and timestamps user data, giving agents a shared reference point to query for changes. In a scheduling scenario cited by the company, two agents can negotiate dinner plans around calendar conflicts and location constraints, sharing only the specific details a user permits rather than full access to personal data.
Groups scale without forcing new accounts, unlike closed agent networks
Fulcra Dynamics said its architecture allows groups to expand without requiring every participant to create a new account on a single platform. A new participant can join a plan through their own preferred agent, with Fulcra brokering the exchange and retaining preference data for future coordination among the same group.
Users retain context ownership and can switch agents without losing history
The company said users can revoke an agent's access at any time and connect a different one while retaining all prior interactions and in-progress plans. Fulcra Dynamics positioned this as a defense against being locked into any single agent as the market evolves.
