Paris – September 17, 2026 -- HawkEye 360 (NYSE: HAWK) has signed a collaboration agreement with ERA a.s. to make the Czech surveillance specialist an international processing partner for automated terrestrial and maritime radar products derived from HawkEye 360's radio frequency (RF) data.
ERA becomes processing hub for HawkEye 360's space-based RF data
Under the agreement, ERA will integrate HawkEye 360's space-based signals intelligence and automated geolocation with its own multistatic passive surveillance and mission-workflow systems. The combined offering targets defense and security customers seeking faster access to operationally actionable RF insights.
Deal targets European defense demand for integrated situational awareness
HawkEye 360 CEO John Serafini said European defense organizations are seeking faster, integrated ways to understand complex operating environments, and the partnership aims to speed delivery of actionable information to allied warfighters and defense leaders across Europe. ERA CEO Ondřej Chlost said the company is seeing growing worldwide customer interest in passive surveillance systems for SIGINT applications and in integrating existing field-deployed solutions to unlock new capabilities.
Partnership builds on ERA's three-decade surveillance footprint
ERA, a member of the OMNIPOL Group headquartered in Pardubice, Czech Republic, has more than three decades of experience in passive radiolocation and multilateration technologies, with installations in over 70 countries spanning defense, air traffic management, and electronic warfare markets.
