Shanghai – September 21, 2026 -- Huawei unveiled its SCALE partner support system at HUAWEI CONNECT 2026, aiming to move enterprise AI deployments beyond pilot projects into full-scale industry adoption.

Leo Chen, Huawei's Senior Vice President and President of Enterprise Sales, said during his keynote that partners face five recurring obstacles when scaling intelligent industry projects: solution development, integration verification, solution delivery, operations and maintenance, and system collaboration. The new SCALE system is structured around five corresponding support pillars: Scenario-based Solutions, Co-innovation, Aligned Marketing, Local Services with Consistent Quality, and Efficient Collaboration.
Partners have already built more than 100 solutions across eight industries
Under the Scenario-based Solutions pillar, Huawei provides open AI foundation products spanning compute, storage, networking, security and data protection, including two new offerings, SMECE and the DCS AI Solution. Partners have used these tools to develop over 100 scenario-based solutions across eight industries.
Huawei opens 48 reference architectures through its OpenLab environment
To speed up integration verification, Huawei has released reference architectures for 48 high-value scenarios, alongside unified interfaces and development tools via its cloud-based OpenLab, which partners can use for testing, application development and debugging.
Company and partners have built 130-plus customer showcases worldwide
On the marketing side, Huawei has opened its Market-to-Lead process to partners and jointly built more than 130 showcases with customers globally, using exhibition halls and industry demonstrations to validate solution performance for prospective buyers.
Talent program has certified over 50,000 AI professionals in three years
Huawei's O3 Partner Service Enablement Platform gives partners access to service knowledge, tools and delivery expertise matching Huawei's own standards. The company's certification programs have trained more than 50,000 AI professionals over the past three years to support local service delivery.
Two new digital platforms, eFly and ePartner, centralize partner operations
Huawei introduced HUAWEI eFly and HUAWEI ePartner as unified portals giving partners access to documentation, IT interfaces, and AI-assisted configuration and Q&A tools for marketing, transactions and service operations, replacing fragmented workflows with a single point of engagement.
Chen said scaling proven AI practices across industries would let more companies benefit from industrial intelligence, framing the SCALE system as Huawei's mechanism for turning benchmark projects into repeatable, large-scale deployments through its partner network.
