The agency, led by CEO Caleb Sumner, has broadened its offerings beyond life and health insurance into a wealth division covering retirement planning and investments.
Agency already reports results from Integrity's AI-driven platform
Caleb Sumner said his team has adopted IntegrityCONNECT®, the company's AI-powered technology platform, to support business expansion, stating the tool has already improved internal processes, scaling capacity and team development. Sumner Insurance Services will gain access to Integrity's data analytics, marketing infrastructure and Ask Integrity®, an AI-enabled voice-activated digital assistant used for coverage recommendations and policy lifecycle reminders.
