Kawneer targets full separation from parent structure by 2027
The leadership overhaul is tied to a transition process expected to span the next year, with Kawneer becoming a standalone operating entity by 2027 while remaining under the ownership of the Apollo Funds. The company is building out a fully independent operating system to support the shift, including a dedicated team structure aimed at customer support and long-term growth.
Anderson rises from internal sales leadership to the CEO role
Anderson most recently served as Vice President of Sales and Sales Operations at Kawneer, where she drove commercial transformation and customer engagement initiatives across North America. She said the company will prioritize improving key performance metrics, expanding investment in manufacturing facilities, and strengthening the customer experience as it operates independently.
Montz brings two decades of finance leadership from Cox Communications
Montz joins the executive team after serving as Senior Vice President, Finance & Accounting at Cox Communications, bringing more than 20 years of experience in finance leadership and business transformation across large, complex enterprises. His appointment rounds out the new leadership pairing tasked with steering Kawneer through the ownership transition.
