Taipei – September 08, 2026 -- LITEON Technology (2301.TW) has agreed to acquire approximately 25% equity ownership in Warsaw-based DCX Liquid Cooling Systems in a transaction valued at approximately US$176 million.
LITEON secures quarter stake in Polish cooling specialist
The deal gives the Taiwanese electronics group a strategic foothold in DCX POLSKA Sp. z o.o., a company founded in 2019 that builds coolant distribution units, facility coolant distribution units, cold plates and immersion cooling systems for AI and high-performance computing data centers.
Combined portfolio spans 600kW to 16MW cooling capacity
DCX's product range covers enterprise-level coolant distribution units from 600kW to 2.6MW and hyperscale-class facility units rated up to 16MW, alongside cold plates, rack manifolds and modular data center systems. LITEON brings AI server power management, rack-level power delivery and 800VDC power architecture to the partnership, with the two companies set to jointly develop integrated power-and-cooling platforms for hyperscale data center operators.

Partnership targets manufacturing scale-up and global go-to-market expansion
Beyond product development, the collaboration will extend to engineering innovation, manufacturing scale-up and joint go-to-market initiatives aimed at hyperscale customers worldwide. Maciek Szadkowski, Chief Technology Officer at DCX, pointed to LITEON's power electronics expertise, global manufacturing scale and existing hyperscaler relationships as central to accelerating DCX's international growth. Tomasz Buk, Chief Executive Officer at DCX, said the alliance positions the two firms to offer data center operators a single integrated power and cooling solution built for next-generation AI computing platforms.
