Singapore – September 04, 2026 -- Marsh and Resilience have launched Cyber Protect in Asia, bundling cyber insurance placement with 24/7 AI-powered threat monitoring at no additional cost to policyholders, as only 50% of Asia-based organizations report confidence in their cyber risk management, the lowest level globally versus a 72% worldwide average.
Cyber Protect pairs insurance with round-the-clock threat detection
The offering is available exclusively through Marsh across Asia, excluding China, to organizations that purchase Marsh-brokered cyber insurance. It combines Marsh's cyber insurance placement expertise with Resilience's Risk Operations Center (ROC), which continuously scans a policyholder's external-facing infrastructure to detect vulnerabilities before exploitation.
Human-validated alerts cut through security noise
The ROC filters raw security alerts down to human-validated risks that warrant action, providing remediation guidance without requiring software installation or internal system access. According to Resilience, the ROC screens out roughly 95% of known vulnerabilities annually as low risk, escalating only exploitable threats, and clients have historically remediated 77% of those escalations.
Nearly three in 10 global cyber attacks target Asia
Marsh's Cyber Buyer Study found almost three in 10 cyber and social engineering attacks worldwide target Asia, a data point the companies cite as justification for earlier threat detection layered onto insurance coverage. Sean Letz, Cyber Leader at Marsh Asia, said prevention alone is no longer sufficient and that managing cyber risk today requires both early detection and financial protection for recovery.
Resilience president frames Asia as a priority growth market
Mario Vitale, President of Resilience, said Asia represents one of the world's most important developing cyber risk markets and that the platform prioritizes vulnerabilities most likely to cause financial harm before attackers can act. Marsh, which reports $27 billion in annual revenue and more than 95,000 employees advising clients in 130 countries, is bringing the joint offering to market with Resilience.
