Washington – September 24, 2026 -- Moore has been named brand agency of record for the Alzheimer's Association, expanding an existing fundraising mandate to now cover strategy, creative and media across the health organization's master brand.
Moore expands scope beyond fundraising into full brand management
The appointment follows a competitive review process and grants Moore oversight of all brand creative development, paid media planning and delivery, and marketing across the Association's master brand and national initiatives. The agency will also support select medical and scientific research communications, product launches, and campaigns aimed at reinforcing the Association's position in brain health.
Alzheimer's Association cites need for unified constituent experience
Kim Postulart, chief marketing officer for the Alzheimer's Association, said aligning brand and fundraising work with a single agency allows the organization to communicate its mission more effectively and strengthen engagement across touchpoints spanning patients, families, researchers, advocates, volunteers and donors.
Moore frames deal as integration of marketing, data and fundraising capabilities
Gretchen Littlefield, CEO of Moore, said the partnership combines marketing, paid media, data, technology and fundraising into one connected constituent experience model. Moore describes itself as a constituent experience management (CXM) company powered by its proprietary SimioCloud data intelligence platform, which underpins the integrated approach now being applied to the Alzheimer's Association account.
