Boston – September 30, 2026 -- ArcLight Capital Partners has completed the acquisition of a 50% stake in IATP, a 5.4 GW power portfolio spanning 11 infrastructure assets across North America, with Invenergy retaining the remaining 50% ownership and continuing to operate the platform.

IATP pairs a substantial base of existing contracted revenue with near-term recontracting opportunities and potential expansion projects, targeting electricity demand growth from AI, data centers and broader economic electrification.
