DAMAC Hits 50,000 Home Handovers, Targets 8,800 More in 2026

Dubai – September 08, 2026 -- DAMAC Properties has handed over more than 50,000 homes to date and awarded over USD 2.72 billion in construction contracts during the first half of 2026, as the UAE's largest private developer targets 8,800-plus residential unit deliveries this year.
DAMAC targets 8,800 units across five key communities in 2026
The handover programme spans DAMAC Lagoons, DAMAC Hills, DAMAC Hills 2, Chic Tower and Elegance Tower. The developer currently holds more than 55,000 units and over 100 million sq. ft. of project area in planning and development, laying groundwork for deliveries extending into 2027.
