The offering combines Deloitte services, accelerators and a pre-configured Converge by Deloitte solution to deliver enterprise-grade CRM capability without the multi-year buildout typical of front-office transformations. It targets field engagement, health care professional engagement, territory management, sampling, medical science liaison workflows, compliance controls and customer data analytics.
