Atlanta – September 18, 2026 -- Sensei, a Carestream Dental brand, has partnered with Zentist to deploy AI-powered remittance automation across dental practice management platforms serving U.S. dental service organizations, multi-location groups, and independent practices.
Zentist's Remit AI platform covers up to 1,500 payer and plan configurations
The tool digitizes and organizes Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and Electronic Remittance Advice (ERAs) from 160 payers directly, with expanded access to as many as 1,500 payers and plans through Zentist's clearinghouse network. Billing teams currently rely on manual logins across dozens of individual payer portals to locate EOBs and resolve denied claims, a process the partnership aims to consolidate into a single dashboard.
