SLIPNOT Launches Sweepable Non-Slip Flooring for Dry Processing Plants
Detroit – September 21, 2026 -- SLIPNOT has introduced SLIPNOT Sweep, a patent-pending non-slip flooring product engineered to eliminate the long-standing trade-off between worker safety and sanitation in dry processing facilities. The product is NFSI high-traction certified, exceeding 0.88 wet DCOF and 0.71 dry DCOF, figures the company says are well above industrial safety standards.

SLIPNOT Sweep targets medium- to low-hazard zones such as processing areas, staircases and walkways in dry food, baking, dairy powder and pharmaceutical manufacturing, as well as plastics and wood processing plants. Quinn Poor, Manager of Engineering and Product Development at SLIPNOT, said the company filled in the microscopic valleys of its traditional surface while leaving the tool-steel hard traction peaks exposed, producing a surface that is both easy to clean and safe to walk on.
