Facilities that restrict wet washdowns or power washing to limit Listeria and Salmonella risk have historically relied on grooved non-slip floors or dotted metal, both of which trap fine powders, organic dust and debris in crevices or around raised beads. Stainless steel substrate delivers grit-free, seam-welded durability
SLIPNOT Sweep is currently available on a stainless-on-stainless steel substrate with a bond strength designed to prevent peeling, flaking or delamination. The surface is grit-free, eliminating particle shedding that could contaminate product lines. SLIPNOT pre-masks perimeter edges before installation, allowing field installers to complete full-seam welds without burning or delaminating the surrounding finish, a requirement in food processing environments to avoid bacterial harborage gaps.
