Canada passes 10 million bottles and grows 17% in first half of 2026
Canada surpassed 10 million bottles in 2025 and recorded 17% growth in the first half of 2026, which Guidolin described as very positive momentum. He also called emerging South American markets dynamic and named Brazil as one of the most promising.
Milan dinner at TOG Bistrot anchors the marketing push
The figures were released after The Great Exchange, held on October 13 at TOG Bistrot in Milan. The dinner paired Chef Carlo Cracco and TOG Bistrot Resident Chef Lorenzo Di Pace with Prosecco DOC. The event was a project of Maestro Martino Food Academy, an initiative of Associazione Maestro Martino, which Cracco chairs. It was organized in collaboration with the Prosecco DOC Consortium.
The project traces how ingredients from the Americas, including tomatoes, corn, potatoes, cocoa, peppers and vanilla, reshaped Italian cuisine. Prosecco DOC featured in pairings inspired by those ingredients.
Six-year sponsorship ties the denomination to hospitality training
The Consortium has been Official Sparkling Wine of Maestro Martino Food Academy for six years. The Academy has trained hospitality professionals since 2011 through two training restaurants, Villa Terzaghi and TOG Bistrot, and four production workshops. TOG Bistrot directs 15% of its revenue to rehabilitation programs run by Fondazione TOG ETS for children and young people with complex neurological conditions.
