Platform cites 65% of CEOs as former college athletes
Prospect HQ points to data showing approximately 65% of CEOs played college sports, while 94% of women in the C-suite have athletic backgrounds. The company positions its "Purposeful Intelligence" coaching tool as a way to help candidates translate athletic experience into articulated career value for employers.
Employer subscriptions fund free access for athletes and universities
Access remains free for student-athletes, athletic alumni and universities, with revenue generated through subscriptions from employers seeking to recruit from the talent pool. The new iOS app extends profile management, opportunity browsing and employer engagement to mobile devices.
