Frost & Sullivan benchmarks strategy effectiveness and execution

The analyst firm assessed the company on strategy effectiveness and strategy execution. It credited Singtel Digital InfraCo with a unified platform combining connectivity, Nxera data centre resources, high-performance GPU capacity and RE:AI's AI services.

"Rather than approaching AI infrastructure as a collection of individual technology layers," the company built an integrated operating model, said Gautham Gnanajothi, Senior Vice President at Frost & Sullivan.

Singtel Digital InfraCo deploys H100 through GB300 GPUs with liquid cooling

The company has deployed direct-to-chip liquid-cooled AI infrastructure and successive NVIDIA GPU platforms: H100, H200, GB200 and GB300. Frost & Sullivan described this as a consistent first-mover approach. AI resources sit at the edge of Singtel's telecommunications network, which supports low-latency inferencing and real-time AI applications.

Paragon control plane manages multi-tenancy, security and GPU virtualisation

Paragon is the company's in-house developed and patented control plane. It handles multi-tenancy, cybersecurity controls, workload placement, GPU virtualisation and infrastructure orchestration.

Customers choose between virtual private cloud and dedicated physical infrastructure

Networking, hosting, compute and operational support are delivered under one service framework. Enterprises can tailor environments to regulatory, security and workload requirements, from virtual private cloud to dedicated physical infrastructure. Observability, automation and workload monitoring are built in.

Bill Chang, CEO of Singtel Digital InfraCo, said the company will use these strengths to accelerate enterprise AI adoption across Southeast Asia and the broader Asia Pacific region. The company is also running talent development, reskilling and upskilling programmes, university collaborations and engagement with government agencies and technology providers.
