Sivers Semiconductors Overhauls Leadership as Wireless, Photonics Units Scale

Kista, Sweden – September 24, 2026 -- Sivers Semiconductors AB (STO: SIVE) has restructured senior leadership across its Wireless and Photonics divisions, appointing two external executives and reassigning two founders as the company pushes toward broader commercialization of its RF and laser technologies.

Marc Pegulu takes over as Managing Director of Wireless effective September 28, 2026

Pegulu brings more than 25 years of experience in RF, wireless and mixed-signal product businesses, including P&L leadership roles at Semtech and Qorvo. He replaces Harish Krishnaswamy, who co-founded MixComm, the RF beamforming company Sivers acquired in 2021.

Krishnaswamy shifts to newly created Chief Strategy Officer role

In his new position, Krishnaswamy will oversee corporate strategy, M&A and new business development, drawing on his prior technology and business development experience at Sivers.

David Clark joins as VP of Engineering for Photonics on October 31, 2026

Clark has more than 25 years of experience spanning photonics, semiconductor packaging and product line leadership, including over 12 years at Amkor Technology working on advanced packaging commercialization and production ramps. His prior roles also include Agilent, Leica Microsystems and FlipChip International.

CTO Andrew McKee, co-founder of CST Global, retires by end of 2026

McKee, whose company CST Global was acquired by Sivers in 2017, will remain through year-end to support the transition to Clark.

CEO Vickram Vathulya said the company is "entering an important new phase" after building its technology and product foundation across wireless and photonics, with the leadership changes aimed at converting that base into commercial growth and scale. Sivers positions its beamformer and laser technologies for AI data centers, SATCOM, defense and telecom markets.
