The Starr Conspiracy Debuts Free AI Battle Card Builder for B2B Tech

Fort Worth, Texas – September 24, 2026 -- The Starr Conspiracy has launched Battle Card Builder, a free tool that generates competitive intelligence on a company and three named competitors in about four minutes, giving B2B tech sales and marketing teams instant access to pricing data, objection handlers and deal strategy without a login or credit card.

Tool runs three of 33 GTM Kernel components using the agency's paid-tier AI pipeline

Battle Card Builder activates the Category, Competitors and Choice Factors modules of The Starr Conspiracy's proprietary GTM Kernel, running the same AI research pipeline and model tier used in its paid client offering. Users select their company and three rivals in an arcade-style interface, verify a work email, and receive a completed report by email.

Reports detail competitor pricing, 12-month moves and sales talk tracks

Each battle card includes an executive summary, evidence-backed strengths and weaknesses, pricing intelligence, recent competitor moves from the past 12 months, product differentiators and customer proof points. Sales guidance covers objection handlers, competitive landmines, discovery questions and recommendations on when to press an advantage.

"A battle card is only useful when it helps someone have a better conversation with a buyer," said Racheal Bates, chief experience officer at The Starr Conspiracy.

Full Kernel spans 33 components feeding AI agents via an MCP server

The complete GTM Kernel organizes 33 components into a machine-readable and human-readable source of go-to-market truth, combining external research with a company's own data and exposing it to AI agents through a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server. JJ La Pata, chief strategy officer at the agency, said the free tool demonstrates only three of those 33 components.

Client Teamed cites six-week rise to second-most-cited employer of record among AI answer engines

Steen Stones, head of marketing at Teamed, said use of the Kernel and GTM Engine helped the company build a new website in record time and, within about six weeks, become the second-most cited employer-of-record brand among AI answer engines, trailing only Deel.

Battle Card Builder is available globally and is accessed via the Battle Card Builder banner on The Starr Conspiracy's homepage.
