Berkshire Moves 83 HOAs onto Vantaca Platform With Zero Disruption
Wilmington – October 21, 2026 -- Berkshire, a community management company based in College Station, Texas, moved 83 associations and nearly 14,000 doors onto Vantaca's full platform on September 1 with no disruption to homeowners, boards or day-to-day operations, according to Vantaca.
Berkshire deploys HOAi, Lockbox and Vantaca Pay from day one
The rollout covers three products. HOAi is Vantaca's agentic AI infrastructure, used to automate routine operational tasks. Lockbox automates payment processing to speed cash application and reduce manual reconciliation. Vantaca Pay is an integrated digital payments tool that gives homeowners options for managing assessments and is intended to improve collection rates.
Berkshire runs the portfolio with a 20-person team. It chose Vantaca to bring its offerings into one connected system, so a lean staff can handle a larger portfolio without waiting for growing pains to force a change.
