Turku – – September 28, 2026 -- Teleste Corporation has appointed Fiber Node Services, Inc. (FNS) as an authorized provider of warranty and out-of-warranty repairs for its Teleste Networks hardware sold across North America, adding a regional repair layer to an existing footprint of manufacturing, assembly, sales and technical support.
FNS gains authorization to service all Teleste Networks hardware sold in North America
The agreement covers diagnostics, repair and testing of Teleste equipment following qualification and product-specific training delivered by Teleste. FNS, headquartered in Carol Stream, Illinois, has specialized in CATV broadband equipment diagnostics, repair and refurbishment for more than 30 years and operates repair facilities across the United States.
Teleste already runs manufacturing and assembly operations across Mexico and New Jersey
Teleste's North American operations include high-volume production of its ICON amplifier family through GPV Americas in Mexico and customer-specific assembly at its New Jersey distribution center. Combining European and Mexican production with U.S. assembly allows Teleste to increase output capacity, shorten transportation paths for North American deliveries and maintain multiple supply options.
Executives frame the deal as closing a service gap after equipment delivery
Steve Condra, Senior Vice President of North America Sales for Teleste, said local presence should extend beyond delivery to include repair capacity throughout the equipment's life cycle. Zoran Beric, CEO and President of Fiber Node Services, said the authorization builds on repair work FNS has already performed for Teleste equipment in North America.
The arrangement gives North American cable operators a regional path for supply, configuration, technical support and repair, while retaining access to Teleste's broader European engineering and manufacturing base.
