eTeamSponsor Launches Mobile Ticketing for School Athletics

Concord, California – October 29, 2026 -- eTeamSponsor, a funding platform for K-12 and higher education that says it has raised more than $300 million, has launched eTeamSponsor Ticketing, a mobile-friendly digital ticketing product for game day that is available now.

Ticketing runs on the same supporter data as school fundraising

Ticketing is built into the existing eTeamSponsor platform. Every ticket buyer therefore connects to the supporter data behind a school's fundraising, giving days and sponsorships.

Fans buy tickets from any phone, and staff scan them at entry. Athletic departments see every sale in real time.

CEO Connors pitches single-vendor consolidation to athletic directors

CEO Sean Connors said athletic directors want one partner for every way their community supports them. He noted that schools have trusted eTeamSponsor with fundraising and financial transactions for more than 15 years.

Zocdoc Opens Booking Infrastructure to AI Agents, Adds Instinct

NEW YORK – October 29, 2026 -- Zocdoc said AI agent traffic on its platform has grown nearly 30x since July, and it is opening its healthcare access infrastructure to agents that find providers, verify insurance and book confirmed appointments on patients' behalf.

Agent traffic has doubled roughly every 10 days since early September, according to the company. Zocdoc is also adding the AI agent Instinct as a partner, giving it direct access to Zocdoc's MCP (Model Context Protocol) server.

Zocdoc welcomes agents while much of the web restricts them

Zocdoc is registering agents rather than blocking, restricting or charging them, as much of the internet does. CEO Oliver Kharraz said "most of the internet is treating AI agents like intruders." He argued that errors in healthcare, such as referrals to nonexistent doctors, unavailable slots or out-of-network providers, fall on patients.
