Thrive Aviation Unveils First Fractional Jets, Plans 6-10 Annual Adds

Las Vegas – October 15, 2026 -- Thrive Aviation plans to add four to six HondaJet HA-420s and two to four Bombardier Challenger 3500s each year as it builds a new fractional ownership fleet, the company said as it released the first photos of the aircraft in its custom livery.

Thrive launches fractional program with two aircraft types

The program starts with the HondaJet HA-420 for regional trips and the Challenger 3500 for longer routes with more passengers. Thrive developed it with Arulean Air, a Honda Aircraft Company subsidiary. Both aircraft carry Thrive's livery.

Thrive disclosed a strategic partnership and minority investment from Arulean Air in September 2026. Under the structure, Thrive operates and manages the program, from client relationship management to flight operations. Arulean Air acquires the aircraft for the fractional fleet.

Existing fleet of more than 30 aircraft backs the new program

The program is designed to draw on Thrive's operating platform and its fleet of more than 30 aircraft. That gives owners added flexibility as their travel needs change. Combined, the planned annual additions come to six to ten aircraft.

CEO Curtis Edenfield said Thrive spent eight years building the operating platform, infrastructure and client relationships behind the launch.

Thrive shows both jets at NBAA-BACE from October 20-22

Thrive will display both aircraft at Henderson Executive Airport during NBAA-BACE in Las Vegas, October 20-22. The static display is at AC05. The Thrive team will be at Booth 4271 in the West Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center.

COO Rickey Oswald said the show lets Thrive introduce the aircraft to prospective clients. Prospective owners can register for an advance preview online. Thrive said registration is for informational purposes only and is not an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any ownership interest.
