Andor Health Pairs ThinkAndor AI With PsynergyHealth Workforce

United States – October 17, 2026 -- Andor Health is combining its ThinkAndor platform with PsynergyHealth's virtual clinical workforce to support CMS Rural Health Transformation initiatives, targeting rural providers that cannot add staff.

ThinkAndor automates documentation and care coordination

ThinkAndor uses multimodal, agentic AI to listen to clinical encounters, generate documentation automatically and coordinate care across electronic health records. Ambient AI captures and summarizes clinical conversations in real time, which removes manual documentation and redundant data entry. Coordination agents also automate referrals and follow-ups.

PsynergyHealth supplies the operating layer for deployment

PsynergyHealth provides the operational and clinical services needed to deploy and scale the platform: telehealth operations, care navigation and remote monitoring programs. The companies describe the combination as a workforce multiplier that lets health systems expand services without additional staff.

AI triage and remote monitoring target specialty access gaps

AI-powered triage and telehealth routing connect patients to the appropriate level of care faster, addressing long travel times and delays for specialty services. Remote monitoring and predictive care programs cover chronic conditions including heart failure, diabetes and COPD. Earlier identification of at-risk patients is intended to cut avoidable hospitalizations.

Platform integrates EMR and biometric data across the care continuum

ThinkAndor pulls data from electronic medical records, biometric devices and other sources to give care teams real-time insights. Providers can manage patients from initial engagement through acute care to post-discharge follow-up in one environment.

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services is pushing for models that improve access, reduce costs and raise care quality in underserved communities. Andor Health says the combined offering helps rural providers improve productivity, lower operational costs and scale population health, chronic disease management and care transition programs.
