Abu Dhabi – September 13, 2026 -- Robo.ai Inc. (Nasdaq: AIIO) said its industrial group Alif Holding plans to establish Alif Maritec, a wholly owned subsidiary dedicated to marine security and intelligent maritime infrastructure in the United Arab Emirates.

Alif Holding designates Dr. Jasem Al-Mansory as chairman of new maritime unit

Dr. Jasem Al-Mansory, Chief Executive Officer of Alif Holding, is expected to serve as Chairman of Alif Maritec once it is formally established. The subsidiary will target four business areas: maritime protection, smart ports, underwater intelligence and critical infrastructure protection, serving governments and infrastructure operators managing ports, coastlines and offshore energy assets.

Dubai – September 12, 2026 -- Robo.ai Inc. (Nasdaq: AIIO) will ask shareholders to approve a tenfold expansion of its authorized share capital at an extraordinary general meeting scheduled for September 22, 2026, at 4:30 pm Dubai local time.

Robo.ai seeks to raise authorized capital from $400,000 to $4,000,000

The Dubai-based, Nasdaq-listed company is proposing to increase its authorized share capital from $400,000, divided into 200,000,000 shares, to $4,000,000, divided into 2,000,000,000 shares. The plan calls for creating an additional 225,000,000 Class A ordinary shares and 1,575,000,000 Class B ordinary shares, each carrying a par value of $0.002.
