Berkshire deploys HOAi, Lockbox and Vantaca Pay from day one

The rollout covers three products. HOAi is Vantaca's agentic AI infrastructure, used to automate routine operational tasks. Lockbox automates payment processing to speed cash application and reduce manual reconciliation. Vantaca Pay is an integrated digital payments tool that gives homeowners options for managing assessments and is intended to improve collection rates.

Berkshire runs the portfolio with a 20-person team. It chose Vantaca to bring its offerings into one connected system, so a lean staff can handle a larger portfolio without waiting for growing pains to force a change.

Those responses came from nearly 144,000 employees, drawn from a pool of more than 1.3 million U.S. employee responses. Companies with 10 to 999 employees competed in the small and medium category, while companies with 1,000 or more employees were considered for the large category.
