Mission Viejo, Calif. – – September 12, 2026 -- ERPVAR has signed a lead-generation partnership with Crawford Software aimed at driving a 30% increase in qualified sales pipeline for mid-market companies migrating off QuickBooks and other legacy platforms.
Partnership targets discrete manufacturers and distributors abandoning legacy systems
The agreement gives Crawford Software direct access to ERPVAR's buyer-intent database and HubSpot marketing infrastructure to identify organizations preparing to replace QuickBooks and other outdated software. Crawford Software specializes in ERP consulting and support for manufacturers and distributors across New England and the Tri-State area.
ERPVAR to run four blog posts monthly and quarterly migration webinars
Under the deal, ERPVAR will produce four original blog posts per month and structure HubSpot Topic Clusters designed to improve search and AI-generative-engine rankings for Crawford. One targeted migration webinar campaign will run each quarter, engaging active migration prospects already inside ERPVAR's database.
Eight custom sales sequences per quarter feed Crawford's BDR-backed pipeline
Crawford will use eight custom sales sequence templates each quarter, tailored by industry vertical and specific trigger events, paired with real-time buyer-intent data and Business Development Representative support to qualify prospects and book sales appointments directly. Salesforce data integration is included to link the two organizations' workflows.
