HCLTech's new unit will offer sandbox environments for Claude deployments
The unit will build Agentic AI solutions and provide secure sandbox environments for enterprise Claude deployments through FDEs. HCLTech's services teams will also build industry solutions and offerings powered by Claude, Cowork and Claude Code.
HCLTech will help clients adopt AI-native engineering practices, train their workforces and build the organizational capabilities needed to run Agentic AI safely at scale.
HCLSoftware becomes an Anthropic ISV partner and embeds Claude in BigFix and AppScan
As an ISV partner, HCLSoftware gets access to advanced Anthropic models. It will integrate Claude capabilities into select enterprise products across cybersecurity, automation, and business process and application development. Named products include HCL BigFix and HCL AppScan. HCLSoftware will also enable the Actian AI analyst.
AI Force platform adds Claude and Claude Code for IT support and code remediation

Anthropic cites HCLTech's work for banks, hospitals, telecom companies and manufacturers
Daniela Amodei, Co-founder and President of Anthropic, said HCLTech manages systems for banks, hospitals, telecom companies and manufacturers, which are sensitive environments where trust in AI determines usefulness.
C Vijayakumar, CEO and Managing Director of HCLTech, said the combination of a global systems integrator's scale and an ISV's product depth gives the company "a rare advantage" to engineer and deploy Agentic AI securely at scale.
The collaboration builds on HCLTech's AI capabilities across engineering, data, cloud and software. HCLTech says it aims to move clients from AI experimentation to enterprise deployment.
