Dallas – October 14, 2026 -- Hi-TECH Beauty Labs, Corp. (HTBL) is pursuing a $5 million SEED round after the U.S. patent office issued Patent No. 12,642,834 B2 for B3 Technology®, a botanical platform for problem skin that avoids benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid, adapalene and retinol.
The patent was issued June 2, 2026. HTBL will present its commercialization strategy and capital opportunity at the Global Capital Network Investor Conference on October 15, 2026, at the Renaissance Newport Beach Hotel in Newport Beach, California.
Patent covers three botanical ingredients
The patent protects B3 Technology®, which incorporates Black Willow Bark (Salix nigra), Cat's Claw (Uncaria tomentosa) and Dragon's Blood (Croton lechleri). HTBL describes the formulation as 100% natural and positions it as an alternative to acid-based formulations for problem skin and aging skin.
The company says the platform enables potential licensing opportunities with established beauty companies.
HTBL plans to scale SkinKick® and license its technology
HTBL's strategy combines growing its consumer brand, SkinKick®, with licensing proprietary technologies to beauty and personal-care companies. The $5 million SEED round is earmarked for digital commerce, distribution and technology commercialization.
CEO-level presentation duties fall to founder Matthew J. Schirle, a former international semiconductor executive and chemical engineer, who will present the investment case on October 15. Chief Science Officer Dr. D. William Provance, PhD, is the inventor of HTBL's technologies, including B3 Technology®.
Semiconductor logic drives product development
HTBL says its SkinViNOTM Process, built around Vitamins, Nutrients and Omegas, guides ingredient selection through skin-cell biology. SkinKick® applies a CLEAR + RENEW + PROTECT approach to skin and barrier care.
Schirle said the company drew on the similarity between the architecture of a semiconductor memory cell and a human skin pore, which led to its 2-Step Acne Model Innovation. He described the first patent as an important milestone within a broader plan to challenge the "pain is gain" belief in skincare.
