Herndon, Virginia – September 17, 2026 -- ReDEFY, a pure-play Salesforce consulting partner, has already built working Salesforce Environmental Health solutions for six large California counties ahead of the state's CERS NextGen deadline, without a signed contract in hand.
ReDEFY reverses the consulting sales cycle by delivering the product before the pitch
The firm's new campaign, "Built Before the Meeting," launches at Dreamforce 2026 in San Francisco, running September 15 to 17. Instead of discovery calls and slide decks, ReDEFY constructs a working Salesforce Industry Cloud solution for a prospect's specific problem before the first meeting occurs. The first public proof is live now at redefy.com, targeting California's 81 Certified Unified Program Agencies.
California's CERS NextGen deadline creates a hard compliance trigger for 81 agencies
CalEPA is retiring its legacy California Environmental Reporting System and migrating all 81 Certified Unified Program Agencies to a modernized platform, with full go-live set for January 2027 alongside new mandatory due dates and reporting requirements. Rather than pitch the migration work, ReDEFY has already completed it for six counties, using public regulations, county documentation, and public forms as the build inputs.
"Most partners hold their best thinking hostage and only invest their time once a client has signed a contract. We do the opposite," said Manosh Chakravorty, Co-Founder and CEO of ReDEFY. "When a buyer has a real deadline and clear, detailed requirements, we build the destination first and then ask for the meeting."
Pre-built solutions convert into free project accelerators once contracts are signed
If a county signs on, the pre-meeting build rolls directly into delivery as a free project accelerator, converting the upfront investment into a head start on go-live rather than sunk cost. Karthik Akula, Co-Founder and CTO of ReDEFY, said each build is validated in a pre-production environment before being shown to any prospect, and every configuration decision remains traceable from day one.
Akula said the six county builds are specific to each jurisdiction's programs and data, not a shared template. The company positions its configuration-first approach as protection against technical debt, arguing that AI-generated code layered on top of Salesforce forks clients off the platform's three annual releases, while native configuration lets each release advance the solution instead of breaking it.
ReDEFY targets mid-market and public-sector buyers facing near-term platform decisions
At Dreamforce, ReDEFY will host private build sessions for executive teams as part of its first-year sponsorship, demonstrating how its delivery engines produce Salesforce Industry Cloud solutions at scale. In California, the firm is delivering those same builds directly to the counties they were built for, ahead of any signed engagement.
