Saudi Firm NineTenths Joins ISASecure for OT Cybersecurity Push

DURHAM – October 21, 2026 -- NineTenths, a Saudi Arabia-based technology company founded in 2019, has joined ISASecure, the certification program that validates conformance to the ISA/IEC 62443 cybersecurity standards for industrial automation and control systems (IACS), the International Society of Automation (ISA) announced.

NineTenths ties its OT security services to ISA/IEC 62443

The company works in drones, robotics, infrastructure inspection, surveying and operational technology (OT) cybersecurity. Its clients span oil and gas, petrochemicals, energy, water and wastewater, manufacturing and other critical infrastructure.

NineTenths already uses ISA/IEC 62443 as the framework for its OT security services. Its capabilities are aligned to cybersecurity management systems, risk-based assessments, zones and conduits, industrial system security requirements and secure product development practices.

Membership targets Saudi Arabia and wider Gulf demand

ISASecure membership gives NineTenths access to global cybersecurity experts, industrial automation suppliers and certification bodies. The company aims to expand its capabilities and improve cybersecurity readiness and operational resilience for clients across Saudi Arabia and the Gulf region.

Naif AlZahrani, NineTenths vice president of operation, said the company will keep supporting organizations across Saudi Arabia and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) in adopting technologies aligned with Saudi Vision 2030. He added that its OT security focus covers the full lifecycle "from mission to maintenance."

ISASecure counts Saudi Aramco, Honeywell and Schneider Electric in its ecosystem

ISA founded ISASecure in 2007, and the program is a wholly owned ISA subsidiary. Its ecosystem includes Chevron, ExxonMobil, GSK, Saudi Aramco, Honeywell, Johnson Controls, Schneider Electric, Trane Technologies and Yokogawa.

Mark DeAngelo, ISASecure program manager, said the program will work with NineTenths on partnership, certification and standards-based product development.
