SUWANEE, Ga. -- September 01, 2026 -- YFORE Technology unveiled an expanded ultra-wideband (UWB) radar sensor portfolio at its Suwanee, Georgia facility on August 31, 2026. The automotive Tier 1 supplier said the system achieves a life-detection rate above 99% for in-cabin monitoring, with signal leakage through windows kept below 20 cm. YFORE positioned the technology across four vehicle functions: cabin safety, vehicle access, perimeter security and automated parking, built on proprietary high-precision algorithms rather than optical line-of-sight sensors.

SUWANEE, Georgia -- September 01, 2026 -- Tier-1 automotive supplier YFORE Technology has officially opened its manufacturing plant in Suwanee, Georgia, to produce anti-pinch sensor systems for North American automakers. The facility allows YFORE to supply automotive-grade closing sensor systems directly to regional OEMs under nearshore manufacturing, meeting local safety standards. The company said the sensors are already market-proven and now enter serial production at the new site.

SUWANEE, GA. -- September 01, 2026 -- YFORE Technology unveiled an expanded ultra-wideband (UWB) radar sensing portfolio at its Suwanee, Georgia facility on Aug. 31, 2026, covering in-cabin child detection, keyless vehicle access and bumper-integrated parking assistance. The Tier-1 automotive supplier, which partners with more than 30 OEMs worldwide, reported a life-detection rate exceeding 99% for its Child Presence Detection system and an activation rate above 98% for its hands-free liftgate access feature. The showcase demonstrated how a single set of UWB hardware can drive multiple safety and convenience functions across a vehicle without added sensors.
