TrueLoyal Opens Loyalty Data to AI Assistants via MCP Beta

San Antonio – October 15, 2026 -- TrueLoyal has launched a beta of its Model Context Protocol (MCP) connector, letting loyalty teams query member and transaction data from the AI assistant of their choice and get answers in the same conversation, without a reporting ticket.

The beta is live for select Rewards customers. General availability is scheduled for later this year.

TrueLoyal MCP replaces ticket-and-wait reporting with plain-language queries

Loyalty teams typically get program answers through dashboards and reporting requests. A question about which members are lapsing, or how many members a brand can email, usually means a ticket, a data pull and a wait. By the time the answer arrives, the moment to act has often passed, according to TrueLoyal.

Markham – October 15, 2026 -- Seven transit operators in Ventura County, California, now run on a single coordinated open-loop payment program built by Enghouse Transportation & Public Safety with the California Integrated Travel Project (Cal-ITP).

Riders tap existing contactless cards across all seven operators

Passengers can use the contactless credit or debit card already in their wallet on participating services. The system calculates the correct fare automatically at each tap.

The program builds on the first Enghouse open-loop payment deployment with the Ventura County Transportation Commission (VCTC).

Regional fare capping treats the network as one transit system

Customers who transfer between participating operators receive applicable fare benefits as though the network were a single system. Cal-ITP also supports reduced fares for eligible riders across all seven operators.

CFi Solutions Launches gridl to Replace Ag Retail Spreadsheets

Denver – October 15, 2026 -- CFi Solutions has launched gridl by CFi, a single system that gives ag retailers, grain elevators and manufacturers one platform for managing customers and daily operations, and it comes at no extra charge for dealers who finance with CFi.

gridl links customer records to quotes, orders, inventory, invoicing and grain storage

The platform connects customer and farm records to the quotes, orders, inventory, invoicing and grain storage behind each sale. CFi financing is integrated into the same system, so dealers can offer financing as part of every sale.

CFi describes the product as a replacement for fragmented setups. Many ag businesses currently run separate systems for customers, inventory, orders and financing, and fill the gaps with spreadsheets.

BrowserStack Launches Real-Browser Load Testing for Holiday Peaks

Dublin – October 15, 2026 -- BrowserStack has made BrowserStack Load Testing generally available, letting teams run up to 1 million API virtual users and 1,000 browser virtual users per test to check web app performance before holiday and festive sales.

The product runs real browsers and API traffic in a single test. BrowserStack argues that server-only load tests no longer show the full picture, because modern web apps build much of each page inside the visitor's browser. A site can pass a server-side test while customers wait on a checkout page that will not load.
