Herzog brings nearly two decades of federal case-management and trial expertise to the firm's litigation bench

Herzog served with the U.S. Attorney's Offices in Los Angeles and Spokane, Washington, holding leadership posts including Chief of Appeals, Deputy Criminal Chief, and Deputy Chief of the Violent and Organized Crimes Section. He briefed and argued dozens of matters before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and led investigations spanning international human trafficking and organized crime cases requiring coordination of large legal teams and extensive evidentiary records.

She previously held legal and business roles at Verizon Communications, Cable & Wireless Communications, and Sprint, bringing more than 15 years of combined private practice, in-house, and business operations experience.
